Please note that delivery times may be subject to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or customs clearance processes.

Tracking Information: Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows customers to track the progress of their order until it reaches its destination.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility: We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 2 days of receiving the item(s). Returns will only be accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect. In such cases, a video showing the opening of the parcel is mandatory. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team within the specified return period to request a return authorization. Once the return authorization is granted, customers will receive instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

Refund Process: Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 48 hours. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the refund amount will be for the purchase price of the item(s) returned.

Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately sharing a video of parcel opening demonstrating any visible manufacturing defects. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by providing a replacement item or issuing a refund.

Final Sale Items: Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product description carefully before making your purchase.
